NEW: Biden Goes on the Record – Attacks Trump – Watch

Yellow sign with latest news text against sky

Former President Joe Biden went on the record and attacked President Trump’s “modern-day appeasement” of Russia, revealing a fundamental misunderstanding of how true peace is achieved in Ukraine.

Watch the video below.

The former president’s BBC interview claims Trump’s pragmatic approach to ending the bloody conflict is equivalent to Neville Chamberlain’s appeasement of Hitler.

During his first public address since leaving office in disgrace, Biden sat down with the BBC to unleash a tirade against the Trump administration’s approach to the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Biden accused Trump of pressuring Ukraine to surrender territory to Russia, comparing these diplomatic efforts to appeasing Adolf Hitler in the 1930s—a ridiculous historical parallel that ignores the complexities of the current conflict.

Biden’s interview revealed his continued obsession with funneling American taxpayer money abroad while neglecting problems at home.

“It is modern-day appeasement,” Biden claimed.

This ignores that Trump’s approach seeks to end a bloody war that has cost countless lives and billions in American resources that could be used to solve domestic crises.

Moreover, the former president’s criticism comes as Trump has suggested negotiating a permanent cease-fire to avoid further bloodshed after Russia’s invasion began in February 2022.

While Biden wants to continue the endless war without a clear exit strategy, Trump recognizes that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy understands Russia will likely retain Crimea, which was annexed in 2014 during the Obama-Biden administration’s watch.

“I just don’t understand how people think that if we allow a dictator, a thug, to decide he’s going to take significant portions of land that aren’t his and that’s gonna satisfy him, I don’t quite understand,” Biden claimed.

Biden’s statement reeks of hypocrisy, considering his administration did nothing to prevent Russia from taking Crimea in 2014.

During the interview, he oddly criticized Trump’s discussion of acquiring Panama, Greenland, and Canada.

His accusations twisted Trump’s statements while ignoring his administration’s foreign policy failures that led to the chaotic Afghanistan withdrawal and emboldened adversaries worldwide.

At the same time, Biden’s claim that European allies are questioning American reliability under Trump is particularly rich.

This comes from the president who abandoned Americans in Afghanistan and whose weak leadership emboldened Putin to invade Ukraine in the first place.

American taxpayers have already sent over $100 billion to Ukraine with no accountability or clear endgame.

Biden’s lecture about American values rings hollow after his administration’s weaponization of federal agencies against political opponents, assault on free speech through collusion with big tech, and attempts to confiscate Americans’ firearms.

Trump’s approach to Ukraine prioritizes American interests and global stability by pursuing a negotiated peace rather than an endless proxy war with a nuclear power that drains resources while enriching corrupt foreign officials.

As Biden criticizes from the sidelines, Trump is focused on strengthening America first.

Real peace does not come from endless military aid with no strategy, but from strength and diplomatic skill—qualities Biden’s administration sorely lacked, which Trump will restore to American foreign policy on day one.
