Once again, the dangers of welcoming illegal aliens into America have been ignored, as five prison guards were severely injured by a coordinated attack from the MS-13 prison inmates.
See the tweet below.
The brutal attack at Wallens Ridge State Prison in Virginia involved inmates who should never have been in America, five El Salvadoran criminals who entered the country illegally and have violent criminal records including murder and rape.
The violent incident occurred when six inmates attacked corrections officers at the high-security facility in Wise County.
Three officers suffered stab wounds requiring hospitalization, while two others sustained different injuries during the chaotic assault.
Virginia Department of Corrections officials confirmed that five of the six inmates involved were MS-13 gang members from El Salvador illegally present in the United States, with the sixth being a U.S. citizen affiliated with the Sureño 13 gang.
Virginia Department of Corrections Director Chad Dotson harshly criticized the attack, placing blame squarely on America’s broken immigration system.
“Five of the individuals responsible for this senseless attack should never have been in this country in the first place,” Dotson stated, highlighting how open border policies have allowed dangerous criminals to enter the nation.
The MS-13 members involved were not petty criminals—they were convicted of horrific, violent crimes.
The gang members’ rap sheets included aggravated murder, first-degree murder, second-degree murder, and rape. The Sureño 13 member is serving time for second-degree murder.
These dangerous criminals now pose threats not just to the public but to the brave corrections officers tasked with their supervision.
MS-13, also known as Mara Salvatrucha, is a notoriously violent transnational gang known for extreme brutality, human trafficking, drug distribution, and murder.
The gang has established a significant presence across America, with its growth directly linked to weak border enforcement.
During the Trump administration, aggressive action against MS-13 led to numerous arrests and deportations, protecting American communities from these violent criminals.
Moreover, the attack has renewed serious concerns about the dangers posed by criminal gang members who have illegally entered the United States.
Of the five officers injured in the assault, three have been discharged from medical care while two remain hospitalized in stable condition.
The full details of the attack remain under investigation by the Virginia Department of Corrections.
This prison assault represents just the latest example of how the border crisis directly impacts American safety, not just in border states but throughout the nation.
When violent gang members illegally cross the borders, they bring their criminal enterprises and brutal tactics with them, endangering law enforcement officers and citizens alike.
The concerns over the MS-13 gang’s dominance within correctional systems are yet another reminder that proper control can no longer be delayed.
Enhanced border security and stringent legal consequences for illegal entries are essential to protect the officers and communities from such dire events.
