OUTRAGE: Illegal Let Go WHY?

(GoRealNewsNow.com) – In a brand-new outrage favoring invading illegal immigrants, hardened criminals included, a court in a blue state has set loose a migrant who had been charged with assault, battery, and rape – leading a US government agency to complain publicly about the judge’s decision.

A court in Massachusetts recently made a controversial decision to release an illegal immigrant who was charged with assault, battery, and rape, according to a statement from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Monday, cited by The Daily Caller.

The individual, a 35-year-old man from Guatemala, was apprehended by ICE in Lynn, Massachusetts, on November 21.

Before that, on November 15, the local police had arrested the illegal immigrant, but the Lynn District Court chose not to honor a federal detainer request from ICE. Thus, it released him from custody despite his charges.

The man had previously been detained twice in 2006 by the Border Patrol for illegally entering the United States, after which he voluntarily left for Mexico.

ICE revealed that the Guatemalan national later reentered the United States without detection, i.e., as a gotaway, at an unspecified time and location.

The agency is now pushing for his removal from the country, pending the outcome of his local criminal case.

“I’m very proud of our team of officers who made this arrest, which makes the residents of the community safer and more secure,” said Todd M. Lyons, the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston Field Office Director.

“ERO Boston is committed to seeking out and apprehending unlawfully present individuals who pose a serious threat to public safety. Those who violate US immigration law and represent a public safety threat will be apprehended and will face removal. ERO Boston is strongly committed to this part of our mission; we will continue to seek to achieve it every day,” the official added.

In the fiscal year 2022, ICE arrested 46,396 noncitizens who had criminal records.

Furthermore, in fiscal year 2020, about 90% of the roughly 103,000 administrative arrests made by ICE involved illegal aliens with either criminal convictions or pending criminal charges.

About 8 million illegal immigrants have entered the nation since Joe Biden became president, including 2 million known gotaways.
