(GoRealNewsNow.com) – Amid the ongoing illegal immigration crisis under the Biden administration, authorities disclosed that an illegal alien has been arrested in Alleghany County, Virginia, after purportedly kidnapping an underage girl from Louisiana.
Diego Soch Castro was arrested and accused of abduction, indecent liberties with a minor, and assault and battery for allegedly taking a girl from Louisiana and transporting her approximately a thousand miles away to Virginia.
According to the Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office, the girl contacted the police around 4:00 a.m. seeking assistance at a Love’s Travel Stop gas station.
Upon arrival, sheriff’s deputies found the girl, along with Castro, inside a four-door sedan with Arkansas plates and registration.
During their investigation, deputies determined that the girl had been reported kidnapped in Louisiana and was allegedly being held against her will in Castro’s car.
The undocumented individual was apprehended at the scene, and the girl was transported to a nearby hospital to determine if she was sexually abused or had severe injuries. She was later handed over to Child Protective Services.
The persistent influx of illegal immigrants under Joe Biden’s administration has intensified since 2023, and illegals are taken into custody in the U.S., at least temporarily, to await a decision on whether they can remain in the country legally, such as by being granted asylum.
Yet, Castro has been incarcerated at the Alleghany County Regional Jail, and an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer was issued for him.
