(GoRealNewsNow.com) – In further proof of the consequences of Joe Biden’s open border policies, an illegal alien who was previously expelled from the United States has been charged with sexual battery for assaulting a 14-year-old girl in Florida.

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Guatemalan Jose Chan while the victim reportedly disclosed the alleged assault to family members, who subsequently took her to a nearby hospital for medical attention.

According to a news release issued by the Sheriff’s Office, “A medical examination of the victim showed a positive finding for sexual abuse. Florida Department of Law Enforcement lab results also found evidence of the girl’s DNA on Chan.”

Chan is currently being held at the Okaloosa County Jail, although Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) has requested custody of the suspect. Chan was previously deported to his home country on February 9th, 2024.

Moreover, this alleged attack is part of a larger trend of violent crimes allegedly committed by illegal aliens. Last week, police in Texas arrested an illegal from El Salvador who killed two people in a Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Concerns about illegal aliens’ crimes have escalated this year following the alleged killing of Laken Riley, a nursing student from Georgia, by 26-year-old Jose Ibarra, an illegal alien from Venezuela.

In turn, illegal aliens have also been implicated in the murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston, Texas, where 21-year-old Johan Jose Rangel Martinez and 26-year-old Franklin Jose Pena Ramos have both been charged with her murder.

Both suspects, who allegedly killed Nungaray by strangulation, entered the United States illegally during the Biden administration.

In another case, a 13-year-old girl was raped by Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, a 25-year-old illegal from Ecuador.

However, it is not just isolated incidents of violence that are causing concern. Representative Tony Gonzalez (R-TX) has warned that the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua is gaining power in the United States and exploiting the porous southern border.

“This gang will likely become the dominant transnational criminal organization in the United States within a few years,” Gonzales stated in an interview. “They are extremely brutal, have no rules, and expand their territory like a cancer.”

Additionally, there are also indications that foreign terrorist organizations may be exploiting the border crisis, as a recent report revealed that more than 400 illegal aliens have been brought into the U.S. by a human trafficking organization affiliated with ISIS during Joe Biden’s presidency.
