(GoRealNewsNow.com) – Almost a year after the ‘Friends’ actor passed away, police officers revealed details of Matthew Perry’s death scene at his home in Pacific Palisades.

According to a source who has seen the crime scene photos, they found him dead in his hot tub, with his master bedroom in chaos.

“It was a disaster,” the source said. “The master suite looked like someone was in the middle of a long bender. Clothes everywhere, towels on the floor, just dirty.”

“But the rest of the house was clean, really neat. Like maybe the cleaning lady wasn’t allowed in those bedrooms,” the source continued.

54-year-old Perry died of an overdose of ketamine on October 28th. He was found floating face down in his hot tub.

In addition, authorities have arrested five people in connection with his death, including his longtime assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa.

Iwamasa is accused of giving Perry at least 27 shots of ketamine in the last five days of his life, including three final shots that allegedly caused Perry’s “death and serious bodily injury.”

While he pleaded guilty on August 7th to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death, court documents reveal that Iwamasa sourced the drug from multiple places and spent more than $55,000 on ketamine in the month leading up to Perry’s death.

Along with Iwamasa, authorities have charged Jasveen Sangha, known as the “ketamine queen,” Dr. Salvador Plasencia, Dr. Mark Chavez, and drug broker Erik Fleming.

Furthermore, Fleming admitted in court documents that he supplied the ketamine that killed the actor. He pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death.

Chavez also pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine, while the San Diego doctor confessed to diverting the drug from his clinic to sell to Plasencia.

Police reviewed footage from all the cameras in Perry’s house, including the front door. None of the defendants, except for Iwamasa, were seen at the home.

Moreover, federal authorities allege in a criminal complaint that Iwamasa got rid of syringes, drugs, and other paraphernalia before calling 911. He also called Sangha, allegedly seeking her advice as he removed the drugs.

“It looks like the bedroom and bathroom had been ransacked,” the source added. “It’s clear from just seeing the scene that something very bad had happened — and someone tried to cover it up.”
