(GoRealNewsNow.com) – President Trump slammed former President Barack Obama-appointed judge in an ongoing battle against radical left judicial activism that threatens the safety of American citizens.
See the tweet below.
After a federal judge halted deportations of dangerous gang members, Trump minced no words in calling for Judge James Boasberg’s impeachment.
The President blasted Judge James Boasberg, calling him a “Radical Left Lunatic Judge” for blocking deportation flights of alleged gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.
Trump’s frustration comes after Boasberg issued an order over the weekend that prevents the removal of individuals who pose serious threats to American communities.
“If a President doesn’t have the right to throw murderers, and other criminals, out of our Country because a Radical Left Lunatic Judge wants to assume the role of President, then our Country is in very big trouble, and destined to fail!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
Trump’s criticism points to a larger issue of judicial overreach, where a single district judge appears to be undermining executive authority on matters of national security.
The Alien Enemies Act, last used during World War II, allows for the deportation of illegal aliens without court hearings during wartime.
Conservative lawmakers have rallied behind the President, with Texas Republican Representative Brandon Gill filing articles of impeachment against Boasberg.
This move demonstrates growing frustration with activist judges who legislate from the bench rather than interpret the law as written.
“Many people have called for his impeachment, the impeachment of this judge. I don’t know who the judge is, but he’s radical left,” Trump added.
President Trump asked me to do an online survey, and let Speaker Johnson @SpeakerJohnson hear people’s voices.
Should we impeach this far-left activist judge for their nonsense radical rulings?

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts attempted to defend the judiciary, stating that “impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision.” He even insisted that the “normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.”
Trump quickly noted that Roberts “didn’t mention my name in the statement” and reaffirmed his position that protecting Americans from dangerous criminals is a “presidential job,” not for “a local judge to be making that determination.”
While the White House has denied non-compliance with Boasberg’s ruling, the administration has continued its mission to remove dangerous Venezuelan gang members who pose immediate threats to American citizens.
Constitutional experts like attorney Mike Davis and Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA) have defended impeachment as a legitimate congressional power to check judicial overreach.
The constitutional standoff highlights the ongoing battle between Trump’s America-first policies and entrenched deep-state resistance.
Although impeaching Boasberg would require bipartisan support in Congress, which may be difficult to achieve, the President’s willingness to call out judicial activism demonstrates his commitment to putting American safety above political correctness.
