Deported 16 Times – KILLS Innocent Man

( – Confirming Joe Biden’s America-last stance, a Mexican illegal alien who has been deported 16 times got arrested and charged with multiple counts, including the killing of a 64-year-old man in a fatal car crash.

47-year-old illegal alien Ignacio Cruz-Mendoza was charged with vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, reckless driving, and driving without a commercial driver’s license in connection to the death of Scott Miller.

According to the Colorado State Patrol, Cruz-Mendoza was driving a semi-truck for the Indio, California-based Monique Trucking company on Highway 285 near Conifer, Colorado.

The truck veered off the road, which caused the pipe and angle iron it was carrying to spill onto five vehicles in its path.

While Scott Miller was in one of those vehicles and tragically died at the scene, another driver in a separate vehicle had serious injuries and is recovering at a nearby hospital.

Moreover, officials from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed that Cruz-Mendoza is an illegal immigrant who has been deported from the U.S. to Mexico a total of 16 times over the last two decades.

Cruz-Mendoza’s first deportation was in May 2002 after being arrested on local charges in Oregon the previous month.

Despite multiple deportations, he has managed to return to the U.S., likely through the porous southern border.

ICE has issued a detainer for Cruz Mendoza, requesting custody if he is released from police custody in Jefferson County, Colorado, at any time.
