BOMBSHELL: US Troops Are in Ukraine

(GoRealNewsNow.com) – In a stunning development that could lead Russian President Vladimir Putin to respond in a way that could escalate the war beyond the borders of Ukraine, leaked military documents indicate the United States does have military personnel operating in the war-torn country.

Specifically, according to the BBC, the United States is one of several countries with military special forces operating in Ukraine, as revealed by multiple leaked documents. This information confirms suspicions that have been discussed quietly for over a year.

The leaked files, some labeled “top secret,” provide a comprehensive view of the conflict in Ukraine, including sensitive information about Ukraine’s plans for a spring counterattack. The US government is currently investigating the source of the leak.

According to a document from March 23, the UK has the largest group of special forces in Ukraine (50), followed by NATO members Latvia (17), France (15), the US (14), and the Netherlands (1). The document does not disclose the locations or activities of these forces.

Although the number of personnel may be small and subject to change, special forces are known for their high effectiveness. Moscow is likely to use their presence in Ukraine to argue that they are not only confronting Ukraine but NATO as well.

The UK’s Ministry of Defence has not commented on the matter, following its standard policy.

However, in a tweet, the Ministry warned against trusting allegations that could potentially spread misinformation, noting a “serious level of inaccuracy” in the leaked information. The Ministry did not provide further details or specify which documents it was referring to, but Pentagon officials have been quoted as saying the documents are legitimate.

One document, which detailed casualty numbers for both sides in Ukraine, appeared to have been altered.

UK special forces consist of several elite military units with unique areas of expertise and are considered among the most skilled in the world. Unlike other countries such as the US, the British government typically does not comment on its special forces.

The UK has been a vocal supporter of Ukraine and is the second-largest donor of military aid to Kyiv after the US.

US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin stated that the Department of Justice has initiated a criminal investigation to determine the source of the leak. “We will continue to investigate and turn over every rock until we find the source of this and the extent of it,” he said.
