Biden Slammed – FBI Agents Association Furious!

Joe Biden solemn, thinking.

(GoRealNewsNow.com) – The FBI Agents Association (FBIAA) is furious, and it slammed former President Joe Biden for his last-minute decision to commute the sentence of convicted cop Leonard Peltier, responsible for the brutal murders of two FBI agents.

This outrageous act of clemency has sparked widespread condemnation from law enforcement and patriots alike, raising serious questions about Biden’s commitment to justice and the rule of law.

The FBIAA has expressed outrage over Biden’s decision to commute the sentence of Peltier, who was convicted of murdering FBI Special Agents Jack Coler and Ronald Williams in 1975.

The 80-year-old Peltier has been behind bars for nearly 50 years, a sentence that many believed was just and necessary given the heinous nature of his crimes.

Noe, Biden’s commutation allows Peltier to serve the remainder of his sentence in home confinement, effectively releasing him from prison.

This move has been met with fierce criticism from law enforcement officials and the families of the fallen agents, who see it as a betrayal of justice and a disrespect to those who put their lives on the line to protect American citizens.

Former FBI Director Christopher Wray had strongly opposed any clemency for Peltier, describing him as a “remorseless killer.”

Wray’s warnings apparently fell on deaf ears in the Biden administration, which chose to side with left-wing activists and Indigenous rights groups over the concerns of law enforcement and the victims’ families.

“Peltier is a remorseless killer, who brutally murdered two of our own–Special Agents Jack Coler and Ronald Williams. Granting Peltier any relief from his conviction or sentence is wholly unjustified and would be an affront to the rule of law,” he stated.

The FBIAA did not mince words in their condemnation of Biden’s action, calling it a “last-second, disgraceful act” that releases a guilty man from prison.

They emphasized the pain this decision has caused to the families of the murdered agents, who have been deprived of time and milestones with their loved ones due to Peltier’s actions.

In addition, Biden announced Peltier’s commutation alongside pardons for five of his own family members, raising questions about the former president’s priorities and potential abuse of his clemency powers.

While Peltier’s supporters claim his trial was marred by misconduct and constitutional violations, the fact remains that he was convicted of first-degree murder and has never shown remorse for his actions.

His escape from federal prison in 1979, which added five years to his sentence, further demonstrates his disregard for the law.

The FBIAA warns of the dangerous precedent set by such leniency, hoping to work with future administrations to ensure that individuals responsible for such grievous acts remain behind bars.

As the dust from this controversy settles, it stands as another poignant reminder of the tensions at the intersection of justice, law enforcement, and political decision-making.
