Musicians Nora Brown and Stephanie Coleman used the stage to advocate for reinstating LGBTQ programming, further politicizing what should have been a cultural event.
Despite liberal media claims that the Kennedy Center is suffering under Trump’s leadership, with reports of canceled shows and declining ticket sales, the administration remains committed to restoring the venue’s purpose as a celebration of authentic American culture rather than a platform for leftist ideology.
